Get the guidance you need to delete your account and personal information
We respect your privacy and are committed to giving you control over your personal information. If you have used our app to access your insurance policy using Apple Sign In or Google Sign In, you can request to delete your account and associated data at any time.
What Will Be Deleted?
When you request account deletion, the following data will be permanently removed:
Your name and email address linked through Sign In with Apple or Google
Any session or profile data stored within the app
Access to your digital insurance card and associated quick links
Important: Deleting your account from the app will not cancel your insurance policy. If you wish to cancel your policy, please contact our customer support team directly.
How to Request Data Deletion
To request deletion of your data, please email us using the instructions below based on your sign-in method.
iOS Users (Sign In with Apple)
Email [email protected] from the email address associated with your Apple ID.
Use the subject line: “Delete My Account”
In the body of the email, include:
Your full name
Your insurance policy number
A statement that you would like your account and associated data deleted
Android Users (Sign In with Google)
Email [email protected] from the Google account you used to sign in.
Use the subject line: “Delete My Account”
